I don't know what I just watched.

But I loved every second of it. I can't continue on with this review because it would be filler.

Haha, cute.

It's not gonna be a contender for any top-spot award, but it was good for a simple laugh! Good work, my Hebraic neighbor!

Fuck yes, Johnny!

Always coming through for us with current event humor! Well done, too.

Great concept, sloppy execution.

I really love taking little trips down memory lane each time I see a character from a beloved series from awhile back, but the fact that a lot of the names don't register whether it be from not acknowledging the correct spelling or having numbers in the name (which are unusable), it's a bit difficult to fully enjoy this trivia game, let alone a perfect game.

The fact that I remembered Beebo, Burnt Face Man and Dino Run immediately was great, but missing Warbears and Castle Crashers due to it not registering. Plus Marvin Spectrum? !Fishy!? Really? Those were things I forgot existed til now. Granted, they were enjoyable games and films, but not really a huge impact on NG. That's just me.

It's addictive, but it still needs to be debugged a bit. It's frustrating to not get something right when you typed it correctly, even after using a hint. Fix that, and this will be a game that'll test even the most seasoned NGer on their mind, and not on their will.

Exceeded expectations all around!

When ReNaeNae approached me to make music for a space-based art slideshow, I had no clue what to expect. Now that I have seen the incredible artwork of NGers then and now, I can happily say that this project was the best thing I ever participated in. :D

The concept and story is unparalleled, and the talent is the peak of talent with some random ones here and there; no biggie, it's all in fun. My favorites being, in no particular order:

mynamewontfitin
ReNaeNae
Neolight
BlueHippo

Again, it was an honor and a pleasure being part of this.

BoMToons responds:

Thank you for adding your talent to the pool, I think your sounds added some nice atmosphere to the final product!

Your title is deceiving :P

At first glance, I thought this was a sketchbook tour devoted to more adult themes and art, in the same spirit as the original NG sketchbook tours. Alas, this isn't the case.

Looking through the art work, I saw a lot of ideas popping up randomly here and there, with guro and pussies and dicks in one corner, and robots in another. It's all vary good works and nearly all could see potential to be full pieces if you had the initiative to do so.

Nice little collection you have here.

P.S.; the 'dick study' page reminded me of something Onta did awhile back to show the process of his dicks in his art. I giggled :D

Oh my Christ yes yes YES

This is one hell of an experience. It's chilling and maddening at once, and when the bitchcrushed everything and grind comes in, it gives off a very Otto von Schirach feel to it. In fact, everything about the composition screams Otto.

I'd work on your mixing and mastering a bit to really give this and songs like it a real kick in the pants.

aDeafBat responds:

Hmm, i've never heard of Otto von Schirach. Pretty cool stuff! Will definitely give something like this another try, with Otto in mind next time.

Thanks!

Charming mix of ideas.

It initially felt like an intro that refused to climax despite many build-ups and drops, but that's not a bad thing; personally that almost ongoing tension was great. The heavily sidechained, slow attack bass synths were a personal favorite, and most of the production was ace and met the potential that your previous work has held up to such a high caliber. I didn't care for the female vocal bits, there was something about them that was... jarring, and almost unneeded. Whether it was the note it was in, the grain in the voice(s) or a combination of the two, it just didn't sit right. Thankfully, the rest of the track carried off where that misstep was. All in all, solid and enjoyable.

Side note: Skream's raving about this song is fan-fucking-tastic.

Gorgeous and Moody.

Immediately, right at the first few strokes of the ivory keys, you had me captivated. Eyes closed, moving with each movement of the keys, grinning ear to ear; I was into it all the way. I waited for some brush drums and a standing bass to come in, but the more I heard, the more I didn't care about the drums and bass. All I cared about was the piano man, telling his stories with the 88 voices at his fingertips. The movement of it all was just so clean, it flowed like a refreshing river and never once was I bored with it. I am in many ways surprised that you had the galls to make a jazz piano solo compared to your competition, but after hearing this, all I can think is that your competition better step up to the plate and deliver.

Oh man I wanna pop the shit out of this...

It's a fine concept that needs work in areas. The pelvis and right hip is just painful to look at... everything else is done nicely.

...but as a Minecraft player, NOPE NOPE NOPE.

Wabbla responds:

i just can't get that shit right goddammit

Beautiful in many ways.

There's a lot going on in this picture; lots of detail. It's like a shot out of an action movie that isn't Transformers, so you know it's good. I can hardly carry on a review for art like this, because all that needs to be said can be said by looking at this picture.

Well done!

voxmortemcg responds:

thank you very much!
